Return and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Xluzarinstfroz offers refunds for language courses under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson
• Technical issues preventing access to course materials
• Course cancellation by Xluzarinstfroz

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at online@xluzarinstfroz.world or call +353 1 667 3049. Include your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

If you have attended one or more lessons, we may offer a partial refund based on the number of remaining lessons in your course. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Lessons that have already been completed
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson
• No-show for scheduled lessons

Rescheduling

Instead of a refund, you may choose to reschedule your lessons. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
